Yard safety rules
A container depot is a working industrial site. For the protection of our staff, drivers and visitors, everyone entering the yard follows these rules — without exception.
- Stay alert to crane, reach stacker and forklift movements at all times, in any direction.
- Never walk or stand under a lifted container.
- Pedestrians keep clear of operational areas and use the designated walkways.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the depot.
- High-visibility clothing is required in all operational areas.
- Private vehicles are not allowed in the operational yard.
- Observe the depot speed limit and follow all traffic routes and signboards.
- Climbing on containers or handling equipment is strictly prohibited.
